Step 1: From your photo-editing software application, open your digital photo backdrop.
Step 2: Duplicate the backdrop's layer so that there are now two layers. Turn off the bottom layer. (You'll want to have two layers in case you make an uncorrectable mistake on the work layer.)
Step 3: Using the marquee tool, create a selection rectangle on the bottom third of the image.
Step 4: Use the 'perspective' transform function to pull the bottom corners of the selected rectangels out to the sides.
Step 5: Add your subject from an already completed extraction. Since our backdrop has a shiny quality, we've added a reflection of the girl to give the image more interest.
